Figs
Don't worry, we've got it all fig-ured out.
Here's a few ideas for you to get figgy with it...
- Eat raw, drizzled with honey, topped with a scattering of toasted nuts and a blob of clotted cream
- Toss in a salad with Parma ham, or layer over toasted goat's cheese with honey
- Bake in the old familiar figgy pudding, or in a warming honey-roasted fig and almond tart
You can half and grill (2-3 minutes), roast whole (8-12 minutes), poach whole (5-8 minutes) - and don't rule out dried figs too.
See? No fig deal! You got this.
