Fresh Rosemary
Oooo our aromatic rosemary.
As its one of few herbs that can withstand the heat of our hobs and ovens and maintain its flavour, it works well roasted with meat and root veg and chucked in bubbling stews, sauces and casseroles - t'is a great extra taste-bringer in rich, red sauces!
Try adding some Mediterranean flair by sprinkling on bread like Italian focaccia or adding to olive oil to create your own rosemary mix!
Same applies to gin.
