Premium Cabbage

Less crunchy than red or white cabbage, with looser crinkly leaves.

With its deeper green colour, this cabbage makes for a lovely-looking, buttery side.

It's also delicious roasted in the oven, served slightly browned with crispy-edges that you could drizzle with dressing, and sprinkle with bacon bits.

You could even use it as a healthy alternative to chips with your chicken dinner, and have crispy oven-roasted caramelised cabbage wedges instead!
