Sugar Snap Peas

Have you ever had roasted sugar snap peas?

Toss in olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper, a bit of garlic powder if you want to keep the vampires away, spread on a baking tray and roast in the oven until they're just starting to brown. (You could also try this with asparagus too!)
