Crafted in St James' ‘AA’ BRCGS accredited plant in the Scottish lowland borough of Annan, this ultra-premium quality smoked salmon is steeped in centuries-old Scottish tradition.

Each sustainably sourced fillet is hand cured with a blend of pure sea salt and brown sugar before it's smoked over smouldering oak wood chips.
